  Terrible customer service. The first time I used this pharmacy, the person at the register was unfriendly. The second time I tried to get a prescription filled, when I went to pick it up after a week, they told me they had been trying to order it but didn't have any luck. They made no effort to contact me with the problem. When I asked what I should do, the person told me to try another pharmacy with no further help or information. While I was standing at the counter still, he asked the person behind me if he could help them. In contrast, i called the costco pharmacy and the pharmacist contacted Walmart for me and had the prescription ordered and ready in less than one day. I'll avoid walmart at all costs. I'd rather pay more money than shop there.

  I don't know what is going on there, it may be there are all new people but I have been trying to get a prescription filled for 5 DAYS now that I have been on for over 10 years. I have gone to this pharmacy for the past 3 years that I've lived here. All of a sudden they can't get anything right!! Maybe it's because it's a holiday week and no one cares about their jobs but I NEED this medication or I get sick!!!! They have not been very helpful at all. Everyone is passing the buck blaming the other. I am changing doctors and PHARMACIES NOW!!!! I am VERY UNHAPPY with how this was handled over the past 5 DAYS!!!! Ridiculous!!!!! I would say over the past year there has been one issue or another with my Rx and I'm done now!!! Goodbye to lousy service!!
